ITAR Project Highlight by the MUSE
" I received a call from the band’s bassist, Chris Wolstenholme’s touring technician, Jon Ashworth. He’s the builder and maintainer of the world’s largest most exotic stage rig for bass. Someday he should post a photo or discussion of the rig as it’s quite involved."
" Jon asked for a replacement fingerboard for the Kitara tablet-based guitar system that was installed in Chris’ double neck. The fingerboard had failed and really wasn’t very good to begin with, and he was wondering if I had something better. Muse has a hit music video showing Chris playing the tablet-bass with their song “Madness”. And they perform it at every concert so they need a working instrument. They had 3 of these instruments made and they’re all failing it seems, as they were never intended for the abuse of a worldwide tour. "
